I don't like to go out when its raining

but

if I'm at home I like to watch it through my window and I like the feeling ...

A dear friend is having some issues bothering him hope he can sort it out soon

I dislike rain too, especially when it's cold. Though I don't mind it too much when it rains in the Summer, it helps to water the plants and one feels refresh after a shower. I particularly enjoy looking out to the garden when it rains, one could see the real colours of the plants, pleasing to the eyes!
