呢個朱古力蛋榚係我同 Natalie 係佢屋企整既下午茶, 食譜係參考我係page one 買既靚靚 dessert book " 200 Cake and Bakes " , 裡面有款叫 family chocolate cake 既朱古力蛋榚,  nat 屋企材料設備齊全, 我地又想 tea 一 tea , 於是就完成左個美味下午茶啦

除左個 round cake 之外, 仲有多餘材料, 我地將多左既蛋榚 mix 放埋落另外一個圓形淺 tray 焗埋佢, 俾我地諗到將佢變成"夾心朱古力蛋榚"甘食 ! 我地溶左d 朱古力粒 同 牛油, 做左個夾係兩層薄蛋榚中間既 filling , 好味呀 !

Receipe ref:  200 cakes and bakes

125g caster sugar

4 eggs

100g self raising flour

25g cocoa powder

40g unsalted butter ( we have use olive oil instead )

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whisk the sugar and eggs with electric mixer for 5 - 10 mins until very thick and foamy, the whisk leaves a trial when lifted above the mixture

Sift over the flour and cocoa powder and carefully fold into the mixture with the melted butter and vanilla unntil well combined

Pour the mixture into and oiled and base-lined cake tin and bake in preheated oven 180'c for 25 mins until risen and firm to touch. Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin for 5 mins. Turn out on to a wire rack and leave to cool.
