"Vienna " was painted in the apartment we (me & two friends) stayed during our Austria trip. The owner of the apartment was an educated and elegant old lady, who rent out the apartment for travelers because she wanted to meet people around the world.

The old lady was a good host during our four-day-long stay in Vienna . She took us to outdoor concerts at night; and usually we chatted with her at night before going to bed.

The short stay in Vienna was memorable. I decided to paint something for her before we left to express our gratitude. I chose to paint her nicely decorated sitting room. Eventually, it took me four hours to complete the painting at night. The old lady was so surprised when she received our special gift in the morning!
