Actually there is a Taiwanese automotive accessory called "Pulse King" ( http://www.f16.com.hk/big5/tech.php )available in the market selling at about HK$980.00. The desurlfator does not improve any mileage per gallon, instead, it reconditions the battery by applying a relative high voltage pulse to crack down the crystallized lead sulphate shell on the electro plates. The sole agent claims as belows:
