不過真係好過份,5個月實在太耐...

見你有咁遭遇..我都有d擔心....

oh my gosh .....r u talking the photographer CM??oh ...i luckly dint hire him be my photographer on my actual wedding day !!!!some more charge me very expensive and expensive ....this kind of attidude...!!!!really 5 dim!!!!!!but dont angry .....if not ur face will appear bean bean gah lah.....dun~~~~~ control ur EQ..and try to confort with ur mom ...hope she will understand u loh ....

I can imagine how frustrated you are on this.  I would be very angry too if I were you!!!

I did consider CM at one stage but I gave up immediately when I saw his unprofessional behaviour in my friend's wedding. Believe it or not, he was listening to mp3 when he was doing the photo shots in the morning (pick up the bride session). Later in the afternoon, he was on phone for 30 minutes in front of the client!! He then disappeared for a few hours between 3-7pm and left all the shootings done by his assistant photographer! It's really unfair to the client given that they have paid him so much and expected him to do the shootings.

I don't think his fame is an issue. I think his has the wrong attitudes towards his job. So I'd definitely not recommend him to anyone!

oh, don't be so mad sweetie. enjoy the weekend first! i think all brides-to-be who read your blog would definitely take your word and would reconsider the ridicious service he's offering before confirming him. I don't think quality works can be an excuse of such a prolongated delay!!!

Really sorry about the delay, I know I shouldn't apologies for him. But seeing how other blogger replies, I felt that I want to share it with you.

Please calm down, I have the same experience as you, I got married 2 weeks before you, I still haven't receive the HK photos as well.

I understand how upsadding you are.

I was really upsad  and bitch last year when I didn't receive my photos until 3 days before our wedding. Which left us only little time to deal with the match in and the use of the photos.

Then I talked to my brother (he is a wedding photographer as well), he said bear in mind with their work quality, after touch service with the photos, plus the finishing result, they all said is reasonable to expect to take this long within the professional.  Because his works is still one of the best in the professional, and he also said if we go to so other photographers like him, we would still need to wait for it as well.

I am not try to help him off the hoop or something, but seeing how he work, he is more like an artist rather than running like a business. Which is why they didn't manage it well...

One thing I have to say it, after all the waiting, we got our first wedding photos back, which is one thing we enjoy the most from our wedding. Wedding photos record your happy momeries, not to create bad memories. Please don't let this upsad you and your mum.

What I did last time was phone directly to them and take to Kama (his assistant), and keep calm.

Really no need to add more stress on yourself, because you are the only suffering the most!! Keep calm and carry on!

i am glad that i finally given up to choose him, otherwise I would hv so mad for what  i paid to receive such service quality...btw he was not there when i visit his office..firs of all..the impression was not good.

  

You are right, wedding business is non-recurring business, those business runners does not care much about their service once you have paid.  For them, that is only one little job among their "great" business,  they don't understand each job is unique and important and to all brides & grooms.

Same as you(or a bit better than you),  I still not received photos from my BD photographer yet after 3 mths of my wedding, she take no initiative to notify you on the delay, no reply on my hubby and I's emails only until we want to take the"final" action.  So....advice those bride-to-be in future may have to add a cash penalty clause on the engagement contract or letter with those "so call" top notch photographer!!

oh it is with the photographer! I was that close to have him for our banquet, and I was having a heated debate with my mom over his outrageous fees (well, I pm you earlier about why did you pick him)..... until a few days ago, I was still tending to hire him, but now after seeing your story, I have to reconsider someone else....

Wow....5 months is definitely long time to wait for.  He should at least apologize or offer additional services for free.  It is funny how Lyne was telling me she likes his style but I guess I should tell her what happen. Cheer up...

要你等五個月真係好 ridiculous! 係外國大部份photographer都盡量兩個星期起到貨俾你, 我覺得等3個月已經去到盡。你十二月結婚, 如果五月都收唔到相真係好離譜! 我覺得因為個photographer係top notch, 唔休做, 所以先會咁, 如果俾佢知道你個blog咁多讀者, 佢attitude可能會好d。

It's quite insane that you have waited for 5 months!!!! But I guess it's just applicable to some top notch phototgraphers, I know one of the top 10 in the world also delays his work to his client for almost 6 months, and the couple paid over 10K USD for their service. Cheer up Sweetie, you know how FABULOUS the pictures will turn out to be.

你媽媽幫你去CONTACT佢嗎? 一係你用SKYPE自己CONTACT佢地啦, 話晒你媽媽都係中間人, 講野同感受都冇你講咁到肉, 或者你SET個DEADLINE比佢地咯, 再比多2個月夠唔夠? 之前DEAL戈陣有冇講到明幾時之內會有相?

I can totally understand your frustration, esp when u've paid a fortune for the service. I am very disappointed with their service after reading ur blog. I would be very p___ off becos I know they have been taking lots of other jobs and doing lots of trips around the world, etc. I think u at least deserve an apology from them.
