Hm... i thought whole night shoule i stay or leave my current company ?? I was headache but after i have analysed term and conditions they offer to me vs the new co offer me , annual leave , transport allowance and dental and medical free and bonus ....... !!! End up my current compnay increase my salary without consider my other benefit .....
I am so headache ....... i think i am the only decision maker no one can help me ..... !!
God please tell me where is my future ... Please guide me which is right path for me to walk along .

besides comparing the new and old company both their offers, are there any reasons for u to stay ? like a sense of belonging, prospect, friendship.....if you move to a new firm, you will have a risk if you can't get along with those new things also you have to spend much more effort to perform yourselves ....if you can balance all these facts then the answer will comes out shortly and you'll got no more headache then !
