It is wonderful wine dinner!!

I had this wine dinner with friends.

One of the friend who teach me so much about Italian wine.

We had 2 wines last night.

Dolcetto d'Ovada is from Montaldeo

It was very interesting, I still remember the nosing, the bad smell of perspiration of Indian, very strange and strong but for me is good experience, I think it is because the oak barrel, right? I like it when matched with foods. Surprised good match with vegetables, it became more sweetness but not really glassy, it may be affected by garlic. As he said, it can matched with most types of food. Actually, I totally agree.
