中國芹菜碎 25 克 [1 安士]

香茅碎 1/2 茶匙
製法
1.將牛肉走油至9成熟,瀝乾。
2.用1湯匙油炒香芹菜、甘筍、黑胡椒及香茅,加入牛肉及調味料,炒勻至熱透。

糖 1/2茶匙
粟粉 1/2茶匙
魚露 1茶匙

Chopped Chinese celery 25 g [1 oz]
Chopped carrot 25 g [1 oz]
Chopped black peppercorns 1 1/2 tsp
Chopped lemon grass 1/2 tsp
Method
1. Pre-cook beef in oil until almost done. Drain.
2. Stir-fry celery, carrot, black pepper and lemon grass in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add beef and sesaoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
