What they will do in Antarctica

While in Antarctica they will experience first-hand the importance of preserving
Antarctica and protecting the environment for future generations and the knowledge they
will take back to their University and to Hong Kong’s community will be crucial in
expanding local awareness on global warming and the environment. Throughout the trip
they will also take part in leadership and team building exercises and you will get to
spend one-on-one time with Robert Swan, the first person in history to go to the North
and South Pole. They will also participate in the opening ceremony of the world’s first
Antarctic education station and we guarantee that you will learn valuable life skills and

applicants will then be asked to attend a selection interview in front of an esteemed panel
of judges in early December 2006.
