系o羅,真系好快！比我預計太快！我E家搞緊d candida yeast，今早排左好多，辛苦到想死！有排戒口，唉，辛苦！

唔死得，耿要搵d野搞，希望在明天丫嘛！本來已經開始做FIR Sauna，但反應太大，拉肚子幾個禮拜，停左。搞下d菌先o羅！不過，排毒嘛，點都要成日上廁所。人有幾多出口丫，今朝早嘔添呀。辛苦！

i'm taking a rest..not having a new blog!

i don't need to do any test because i had amalgam filling in my teeth years ago.  though, i had them removed (8 of my teeth)... still i have to find ways to get rid of them, of which they are already in my body!  i will do far infrared sauna to sweat them out!  this regimen will be done by the end of the year... around oct to nov! this is my schedule!

for people who don't have amalgam filling will also have heavy metal poisoning... everybody has.. who can run away from it!  far infrared sauna is the only way that can get rid of which ever kind of heavy metal in the body!  but the knowledge we need to know before we do it ourselves safely is a big concern.  lots of preparation work has to be done before one can do it himself/herself safely!  of course it's always good to have a healthcare practioner beside you but u can hardly find one in hk!  so.. i hv to read alot of information and to be very careful when doing it!

MJ, MJ, MJ... i really feel sorry and pity to lose this superstar!  personally, i'm not his fan!  but... don't know why.. i just feel that this is a very nice guy... filled with love and passion!  i don't believe he would do anything bad to the kids.... but.. if he did.. it was just out of love and nothing evil!  well..i'm not saying that kids abuse is right, but.. MJ's own background was actually a tragedy.. he was abused and often being beaten by his father.  i can feel how painful that could be, especially from the one you 100% believed in or the one you love n trust that much.... that kind of feeling is difficult to let go!  may hinder your life and cast a dark shadow over it!  it's not fair to say only the bad side, it's also true that, though MJ is gifted n talented... but.. his father's tough/harsh training could be a reason that fully brought about the best part of MJ to us.  MJ was really a great performer/dancer/singer!  whenever i passed by a shop selling tv sets that was playing MJ's concert, i would stop immediately to watch it.... it really attracted my full concentration.... he is really a STARRRRRRRRRRRR...forever STARRRRR, a legend!  i will surely miss him, his song, his dance....everything!

his death: drug abuse!  he was so rich... he should have use other ways to relieve pain other than those drugs (sedative)... it's very very super toxic! some of those came from the venom of snakes! cobra or what!!

haha... my dear beauty, you do miss me, don't you? well.. this is a long rest... i really hope that by the time i come back, i can tell you guys some good news about my own health... so.. it would take long... 6mths to 1 yr to resume.  in case you wanna reach me, do send me emails or otherwise, v can still chat in msn! u have my email address, right?
