Here in America, they mention about menopause. It can cause depression because of all the hormonal changes. The treatment is either hormonal replacement which will make you pretty, but increase risk of cancer. Or you can take anti-depressant, to control mood swing.
I'm not sure if it is the menopausal syndroms as the frustruation exits for years but the menstration visits me regularly. Besides the disgusting mood, I don't have other s/s such as hot flushing etc.

演出前綜合症？
