Went to lantau island on sunday to celebrate cindy's bday, we had a lot of fun there, played ball games, bbq, and cycling...so healthy hehe

im finally back to myself lah!!!! thx for those who helped me thru this!!!!!

I still have no idea why im depressed, and im starting to lose my temper very easily...that is not a good sign at all...whts happening? I can't believe i just lost my temper...

Suppose to have two halloween parties to go...but i turned them down...i want to stay home...

Didnt want to talk unless i have to (during my office hours), don't want to hang out, don't want to party, that is extremely abnormal to me...a party animal to say that....

My depression period is coming...i can feel it...i hope i can get through this November very fast as i was told there will be major changes and disruption in November...the clou...
