Last week, a student sent me an email asking the pranayama method to calm and concentrate, as her marriage encountering a red light. I suggested her to do a simple meditation and bring the mind calm down and focused.  I don't know if she did.  I also don't know if she had the same meditation experience as I had.  But obviously, she did not, from her helpless and almost crying voice this morning, I know she is still struggling.  She asked if I can give her a class tomorrow to build strength inside.  I don't know how does people think of yoga when they seek for help from yoga, a magic, a mental medicine, way of physical strength building up?  I experienced how wonderful that yoga brought to me, with witness of my friends. What I want to say is once you decide to let yoga help you, then give your faith, your trust, your belief to Him, give your love to Him as you love your beloved.

    是呀, yoga帶給我們的生活启示多過它可以帶給我們的健康, 雖然它确實可以令我們的抵抗力強很多, 今年的冬天, 我没穿過一件羊毛衣...... 但我們的身體是听令於我們的思想的, 平和, 愉快的思想才是健康的關鍵.

    完全同意呀! 我只是個練習yoga 的人, MON - FRI 9am-6pm 要返工, 只是下班後OR假期才可以練習. 朋友個個問我是否想減肥所以做YOGA. 有時都唔知怎樣說才可以令他們明白. 練習yoga 可以給我一種開心愉快的感覺, 所以才繼續練習. 但我D朋友講極都唔明. *o*   唉!
