yoga everywhere

Last week, I had a business trip to Singapore and Thailand and met some yoga studios.  I met Mr. Praveen of Real Yoga in Singapore. He told me there will be a Yoga Mania in Singapore on April 18 & 19. During event, people will experience we can do yoga everywhere, indoor, outdoor, on the earth, in the sky ...... 

Yes, Yoga can be done everywhere.  I keep telling people that we can always practice yoga on train, on bus, when watching TV or waiting the bus. Many people including myself always think that " I don't have time to go to studio, seldom practice yoga recently". For me, that means I cannot practice yoga for a regular schedule. Fortunately, I know I can do yoga everywhere. Even on the plane, I can still do some stretch poses.  Yoga should become part of life, but not part of life time......
